1. Payment Methods
You have the following payment options:

After receiving your order with the note prepayment (e-banking), you will find our bank details in the confirmation email or under "Payment". After receipt of payment, we will send you the ordered goods immediately.

2. Shipping costs (Switzerland/Liechtenstein)
We deliver from an order value of CHF. 50.- FREE POSTAGE to your front door (B-Post).
For orders under CHF 50.- we charge you a packaging & delivery cost share of CHF. 10.- (B-Post)

3. Minimum order value
We have no minimum order value.

4.Express
Express deliveries are only made on request and the costs are borne by the recipient.

5. Guarantee
Guarantee cases are handled by the official partners.

6. Exchange / right of return / right of withdrawal
If you do not want to keep an item, send us an email and we will confirm your right of return. Send us this item back to us within 6 days (shipping postmark) in perfect and unused condition in the original packaging by registered mail for credit. We will refund you the total amount you paid minus our postage costs.
We guarantee our customers the delivery of flawless products. Please note that we cannot take back used items.
If the goods were damaged during shipping, please let us know within 48 hours by email to info@onlineretail.ch

Refusal of acceptance: The complete postage costs are at the expense of the buyer.

7. Damage
Any damage that occurs on the shipping route must be reported immediately to the delivering authority, e.g. post office, railway, etc.

8. Specification Changes
We reserve the right to change prices, colors and technical specifications at any time. Subject to errors in price and technical information.

9. Delivery (Switzerland/Liechtenstein)
Most of our range is available from stock and ready for dispatch within 24 hours. We always try to deliver the ordered goods to you as quickly as possible within 2 to 3 working days. If we have to reorder the desired item from one of our partners, we need an additional 3 to 4 working days. Shipping takes 2 working days in Switzerland.
We are only liable for compliance with the shipping and delivery times specified by us if we have expressly designated them as binding on the order confirmation. If a binding shipping or delivery date is exceeded, the customer is free to set a grace period or to withdraw from the contract immediately. 10. Privacy Article
The data stored by you is used exclusively for more convenient order processing, so that you do not have to enter it again the next time you make a purchase (cookies). Credit card numbers are not saved. Your data will neither be sold nor made accessible to third parties, except for any subcontractors for the purpose of delivery (parcel post
  or forwarding agent).

11. Validity of the Conditions
Deliveries, services and offers from Online Retail GmbH are based exclusively on these terms and conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again. By ordering the goods or service, these conditions are deemed to have been accepted.

12. Offer and conclusion of contract
Orders are only binding for Online Retail GmbH after written confirmation. These are only created upon express request.
We reserve the right not to execute an order without giving a reason.

13. Items no longer available
If we are no longer able to supply an item, we will contact you and offer you a replacement of equal value. If you cannot find a replacement, we will immediately reimburse you for the amount already paid.

14. Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Klosters.
