Packaging & delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Availability
Most of our range is available from stock and ready for dispatch within 24 hours. We always try to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible within 2 to 3 working days (applies to Switzerland/Liechtenstein).
Packaging and Transport
Shipping is usually via Swiss Post as an economy package. Orders over CHF 50.- are delivered FREE OF CHARGE, for orders under CHF 50.- we charge a packaging and delivery cost of CHF 10.- . For ecological reasons, we strive to reuse used cardboard boxes. We therefore ask for your understanding if your order is delivered in a used box (sustainability). Wherever possible, we also avoid filling material or only use it when necessary and extremely sparingly.

- B Mail: Delivery within three to four working days (Monday to Friday; no Saturday delivery). The time of delivery may vary due to general and regional holidays.
- A Mail: A Mail is usually delivered within two working days, including Saturdays
